so the room was ok but upon check i made 2 phones in zurich within city and they wanted to charge me for local call in city 45usd outrage price very very not logical orice

Room was extremely nice, big bar
When bar is busy, service is quite slow.

The hotel is out of the central area and shouldn't really be advertised as in the center, but Zurich's transport system makes it easy to get there either way.

Everything. A great hotel.
Breakfast very expensive, although the whole city is very expensive, so maybe this is not a specific flaw of the hotel!

A great hotel. Conveniently located next to the tram and train stations for easy travel around the city. A very comfortable, clean, friendly hotel. Food in the hotel also excellent.

the room had nice modern decor and the staff was extremely helpful
the hotel isn't within walking distance from the city center- had to take the tram. although it's an up and coming area, there's a lot of construction right now.

get the 24 hour tram pass if you're traveling to the hotel from the airport and plan on exploring the city center. the closest tram stop is technopark.

The staff was particularly supportive of weary and wary travelers. We were trying to save money and bought the room through Priceline. But we were pleasantly surprised by the added value of the package. And then there was a misunderstanding about cost.
I was upset at first at the prospect of paying so much for wireless but in buying the added package it worked out.

There were many features that made a lot of sense to me. It's the first time in Europe, I didn't turn on a shower and worry that it would spray the whole inside of the bathroom, for example. And the extra free waters in the refrigerator, etc.

Great Hotel. Met expectations. Internet is about $30 per day. Parking is also about $30 per day. Breakfast buffet in the restaurant is about $40 per person. The location is in a newer business district so not much sight seeing here but the trams will take you everywhere you want to go.

Beautiful enormous room.
Inconvenient location- $30 a day for WiFi!

Beautiful upscale hotel with enormous rooms. We have used Priceline for different stays since 2003 and this was one of the best deals I have found.
