Staff were English-speaking and VERY friendly.
No dining facilities at hotel. Plenty of restaurants near by.
I think for the price this hotel may be right in its niche. The hotel does have broadband wireless, the staff are very friendly and it is clean. The hotel just does not seem very "nice" though. The hotel is very near the Vatican museums and the subway. Travel from the hotel to central Roma is very easy and inexpensive. The hotel does have parking for those that need it. Were I to return to Roma, I would try a different hotel if the price is the same.
