Residence Inn Arlington Capital View

My family stayed at this Residence Inn for two nights. It is absolutely a hotel with high value! Worth every dollar I spent: Warm-hearted staff; Fully equipped gym; free shuttle service to both the closest Metro station and Reagan International Airport every 20 mins; Free dinners from Monday to Wednesday! I strongly recommend this hotel to those who are visiting Washington DC!!

The suite was small, but met my expectations since there were only two of us. The hotel had a gym and a pool, so it would be perfect for a family. The complimentary breakfast buffet was terrific. The view out my bedroom window was the Washington Monument.

Be prepared to pay a high parking fee since Priceline was not clear on the parking fees. I was billed about
XXX for fees however they deducted some and I wound up paying XXX. I was mislead and thought there were no parking fees. Some customers were charged $12 per day. I feel that Priceline needs to state explicitly that customers will be billed for parking instead of saying available parking. BAD PRICELINE. Many of the restaurants around the area are within walking distance. High priced seafood restaurant recommended by hotel was of poor quality. Overpriced and underrated. Uppity clientele. Use garage across street for a third of the price.

Wonderful! Family of 2 adults and 2 under age 10 children had a magnificent stay at this hotel!!!!!

Good location, incredibly friendly staff, public areas are great (specially the gym). Complementary breakfast was the best that I have had in a hotel in the U.S.A. Free WiFi everywhere was a nice touch too. The room was very comfy, proper illumination, all was clean and perfectly set. Great hotel - felt like a 4 star hotel, was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I did not use it, but there was a shuttle to the local metro station and other points of interest in the DC area.

They offer great buffet style breakfast daily and complimentary dinner & Manager's Toast Monday- Wednesday. There is very limited street parking within a half of a block if hotel and free shuttle service to area attractions. The adjoining Hotel has Happy Hour food & drink specials from 5-7pm Mon-Fri.
