Breakfast staff was very accommodating.
Was disappointed because we reserved a two bedroom suite and were given two different rooms. Also our room smelled like sour milk.

The hotel is in a good location with many restaruant choices and plenty of shopping in the area.
For the breakfast you had to walk or drive, due to the buildings not being connected, and there was not enough parking to accomodate the guests at the enterance of the building.

We were visiting family in Suwanee, so I was very pleased with our location in Duluth and its proximity to I-85. Also, the room was very clean, and the room service staff was very helpful and friendly. The staff was very friendly, and we could tell that they were genuinely interested in customer service. Location suited my needs and the breakfast was good.
No, except that Pricline should reclassify this hotel as a 2 star. It definitely is not a 3 star as described. I've used Priceline for years and this is the first time that I did not feel that a star rating was accurate.

Clean,funtional, and a good location if you have business in the Gwinett mall area. The hotel is more designed for and extended stay rather than just one night. The breakfast bar was very good.

Rooms are like one bedroom apartments. Fully furnished.
There was a fire in one of the rooms on our floor and they Just took batteries out of alarms and opened doors. They hold $40 too that no one said any

Very nice. Comfortable. Not up scale at all. Just comfortable. Great hot breakfast. Hotel staff somewhat friendly, but very accommodating. There was a fire in a ruin on or floor and we had or small children who have asthma. They quickly put us in another building. All and ask I lived it at.

Unable to fix AC problem.

The AC unit was leaking. After the maintenance man fixed it at 8:00. At 10:00 unit went out so I was without AC the entire night. Front desk said they were full booked so there was no room for me to move to. Very uncomfortable night. I am in the process of talking with general manager to see how we can handle this situation.
