Hotel Guest Reviews of the Residence Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

They have a really nice FREE breakfast and the rooms are nice and roomy for a family of 4! Conveniently located a few blocks from the harbor!

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The location was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable.
The pillows were flat and not very comfortable to sleep on. No support.

The room was way better than I expected. The service was good.
The scrambled eggs were undercooked on one of the mornings. That's about it.

I spent a little extra to room here, and it paid off. The service was good, the room was fantastic. It was annoying to have to park with a valet, but in downtown, that can't be helped anymore than you can help hearing noises from the street in the city. I thought it was a great place to stay.

Great very comfortable, well equipped rooms, plus a 'mini-mart' in the lobby area.

From arrival at the door, the reception staff, the cleanliness and ambiance of the room was better than expected. Though our stay was only 1-night, we did find the room extremely comfortable, well appointed and would definitely consider staying there again in the future. If we found anything disappointing about our stay, its the following: aside from the fact there was a 'mini-mart' of sorts in the lobby. We were hoping for a hot meal as we did arrive [in the evening] during published dining room hours ... but unfortunately we were informed the kitchen was closed due to some function being held in the dining room. ...read more

Very good location, freindly and helpful staff. Large rooms
YES-this complaint is about PRICELINE. There was a $100 pet fee that I was not warned about. This made me treat the entire Priceline service as unsatisfactory.

Nice place ion a busy downtown corner. Friendly staff. Their advice to take the free shuttle to Mo's Seafood was on target. Large comfortable room.Again the only failure was the part of Priceline for not advising me of the $100 pet fee.

Breakfast was excellent, nice location.
No swimming pool. They say Pets allowed but they charge enormous amount-a non refundable pet charge of $100.00!

This hotel is in a good location, excellent breakfast but the staff was not aware of the free bus service that Baltimore provides. But the staff was courteous!

From the Valet when we arrived ,to the valet when we checked out, everyone that we came in contact with at the hotel was very professional and kind.
There is nothing about my stay that I did not like about this hotel.

From the time we arrived to our checkout, the staff was very professional and helpful with any and everything that we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was wonderful as well. Anything we needed was right outside the door within walking distance. When in Baltimore this is where we will be sraying. Thank you
