Great hotel, very helpful staff. I was very pleasantly surprised and wished I had booked it for all the nights of my stay in LA. I'll be back!

I never stayed in a residence inn. They have kitchens which is great. They also have a great free breakfast buffet.
The parking fee. I feel like this is nickel and diming!

Great location very close to everything: Hollywood, Sunset Strip, Robertson Blvd, The Grove. Very luxuriouss. Great daily breakfast!! Courteous and help staff. they also have a snack bar by the front desk.

more than helpful staff, brought us extra towels, extra shampoo, sewing kit, razors. dinner surprised us and we stayed in one night to relax because of it. breakfast was very pleasant. the room gave the four of us, all women enough space to spread out.

the $2.00 extra for valet parking was perfect, our car was to us in a matter of moments, always with help taking out our bags, or whatever appeared that we needed.

The spa wasn't that warm and is in a back room with no windows-overall not that appealing.

Self-parking and valet was only a 4 difference. You could not access the parking easily from the hotel and had to ascend an isolated metal staircase where one could be assaulted. I would not choose to voluntarily stay at this hotel again.

Beware of self-parking!

a la carte concession stand which i like but had very limited product selection because bar stays only open till 10p.m

great staff perfect for the traveler especially business traveler thats wants all the creature comforts of four star hotels but is busy and doesnt need all the luxuries...there is no room service but a full kitchen in each suite and concession in lobby there is a complimentary breakfast each morning. I'm a particular eater and usually have a mix of work and leisure when i travel and this was very complimentary to my needs and very affordable for beverly hills just a few blocks from rodeo drive! ...read more
