Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. I love the rooms .. Free breakfast and dinner during the week and location
It was extremely busy, no amenities and parking prices were very expensive

The BEST things about this hotel was the proximity to the Magnificent Mile. Also, the FREE breakfast hit the spot (eggs, meat, potatoes, waffles, and other goodies. The staff was VERY helpful and friendly. The fridge, stove, and dishwasher were a bonus.
The ONLY thing that was not good were the SMALL elevators. During high traffic times (i.e. breakfast), the wait to get on one was frustrating at times. This was the ONLY complaint with this hotel.

If you are looking for a home away from home, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel room wasn't that spacious, but was more than comfortable.
I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

If by chance you're traveling on a budget, this hotel is the place. It allows you to cut expenses being that the rooms are equipped with full kitchens and free continental breakfast from 6:30am to 9:30am. The staff was helpful, friendly, and and prompt to fulfill our request. They also offer free wireless internet and a 24 hour fitness center.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was highly sufficient, the room was nice, and the shower was great.
Everything was great, especially the continental breakfast.

This hotel is great for the traveler on a budget. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, and cooking area, and there is complimentary breakfast in the lobby each morning from 6:30 to 9:30.

I was really impressed. Great rooms with a mini kitchen. Free Wi-Fi in room. Breakfast (hot) included - which was basic, but more than adequate. But, unexpectedly, they also added a complimentary basic dinner buffet - with free wine and beer!

Great location. Family friendly. Helpful staff. Great rooms. I would certainly stay there again - and I am a picky traveller!

room and free included breakfast was great
that it didnt have a pool, my son really hoped for a indoor pool to enjoy, elevators very slow and very packed and not enough of them, parking very expensive and not included. get parking at the nearby private garages its cheaper.

the kitchen was a big plus. I really liked the kitchen bar with stools -it was nice for chatting with friends without the whole just in a bedroom feel
the shower flooded the whole bathroom- no fan in the bathroom

The hotel and staff were above par. I enjoyed my stay very much.
