room and free included breakfast was great
that it didnt have a pool, my son really hoped for a indoor pool to enjoy, elevators very slow and very packed and not enough of them, parking very expensive and not included. get parking at the nearby private garages its cheaper.

Great location and easy to get to.
Parking was expensive.
Terrific location, easy to get to Michigan Ave. and other sites in and around downtown Chicago. Staff was friendly and responsive, would gladly stay here again.

The kitchenette was wonderful and the daily housekeeping staff was wonderful too!
Crowded elevators sometimes with large dogs and my kids were scared to be inside with them.
Great hotel facilities for the price paid and the location is a major bonus!

So friendly, great breakfast, huge room, and perfect location.
The cable didn't include the Food Network or kids networks.
I can't rave enough about this hotel. All the staff were surprisingly friendly and helpful. Our room was huge, attractive, and good kitchen. Free breakfast had a wide variety of foods: make your own waffles, eggs every day, some kind of meat, hot oatmeal, and yogurt parfaits. The location is ideal for exploring Downtown Chicago. Fast and free wireless Internet in rooms.

This is a great hotel for families. Very comfortable rooms and excellent location!
The breakfast buffet was very crowded.
This hotel is in an excellent location in Downtown Chicago. The rooms are great for people traveling with families. I would definitely stay here again!

My daughter and I arrived around 10 am and was planning to have our luggages stored but the staff checked me in (forgot to ask his name). This definitely helped alot with my schedule for the day. I will definitely go back and stay with this hotel. The staffs were very friendly and helpful!
