The staff was friendly and helpful in every way. We felt welcome and like we were a part of the family.
The breakfast area needed more trays available. It was also a bit crowded in the morning.
Very close to Midway. Our shuttle drivers have always been very good to excellent, and the shuttles run on time. Limited number of restaurants (2) within the complex, but others are a short drive away.

Modernized spacious clean plus great amenities.
Overall experience stay was great! The area was a nice location (way in the back behind other hotels) quiet, parking was good always found a spot and don't have to walk for miles, inside was nice clean modern well lit, staff was friendly helpful, room was clean had almost everything you need (studio suite) room service wasn't needed but they were still there for anything, looks were very nice vibrant, awesome free breakfast in the morning! I didn't find any cons with my stay it was almost perfect i would say. ...

Very nice rooms and staff.
Very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff I encountered were all friendly and smiling. The food at breakfast and in the evening was good and plentiful.
