This hotel is very convenient to my daughter's home, Oak Brook Center and so many great shopping and eating establishments. It is clean, comfortable, great breakfast and very helpful staff. I have stayed there several times and will continue to do so.
I think they could provide a little better blanket for the sofa bed. The blanket is very flimsy and should be better quality.

The staff was very friendly! Room was spacious. The breakfast was very good'. And the staff was very accommodating and walked around picking up empty plates etc. Best breakfast /service!

Loved EVERYTHING about it.
The only thing that was a little bit of a negative was that the pool was a little chilly.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel with our 2 girls and couldn't be more pleased with it. The staff was great - they went out of their way to accomodate us with everything that we needed. The rooms were just lovely - clean, loved the decor and "homey" feeling. Pool, hot tub and exercise areas were very clean. Overall, couldn't have picked a better place to stay. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be staying at this hotel again. ...

hotel assistant manger was dishonest.
They discriminate and lie to people who use pricline. They will tell you they have no rooms available. When customer relations are able to book the so called "unavailable" rooms. This hotel is very dishonest.
