Very helpful, friendly staff. Thick walls, doors. Quiet. Fantastic free breakfast, much better than typical "continental" breakfast. Pet friendly.
Pool surrounded on 3 sides by walls, so minimal sun. My first room had to internet access, had to switch rooms. Rooms clean and well-kept, but decor dated and worn.

Minues outweighed pluses. Useless pool and poor internet access. Decor not what one expects from Marriot chain. Made tolerable by friendly, responsive staff, genereally quiet atmosphere, great free breakfasts, and nice happy hour. I appreciate pet friendly hotels.

All the amenities given, the afternoon snack bar, the great desk help (Jacob in particular). Really great place!
No air conditioning vent in the bedroom. Slow elevator.

This hotel has everything you need to make your stay in Coconut Grove pleasant and rewarding. Great staff, lots of freebies, an afternoon snack bar, a convenient laundry and mini-store. I would definitely stay here again.

The room's decor was outdated.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was walking distance to CocoWalk. Proximity to the beaches was awesome.

Clean, comfortable and stylish. Nice kitchen and outdoor BBQ area.
Had to pay for parking and was unable to access the free Internet

Very nice overall. Great place to stay with a family. Delicious breakfast included, large selection including eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereals and pastries. All very fresh.Drawbacks were the expensive parking fee and the Internet cutting in and out.

Very, very noisy. Walls extremely thin, banging doors and loud guests in hallways.

Rooms are nice sized in main building, very clean with kitchen. Great buffet breakfast.
Didn't like paying for parking.

Rooms in main building are large with 2 queen beds, pullout couch and kitchenette. Great for a long stay. Close to shopping and restaurants. Nice safe area for walking. Would highly recommend to travelers. I would also stay there again. Breakfast was delightful with many choices. Very pleasant stay. Fresh paint and an unassuming decor make it very comfortable and inviting.
