Hotel Guest Reviews of the Residence Inn By Marriott Delray Beach
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 10, 2013

Great location...easy walking distance to beach and all the shops and restaurants on Atlantic Ave. Staff was great! Very helpful with our requests for area information and with the difficult parking situation.

Location is super, and with breakfast and free parking this was a great value. Enjoyed full fridge and kitchen. Wish room had shower and a bath, but it's either/or, not both. Musty smell of old carpet in one of two elevators gave bad first impression, but I was happy with my stay overall, and staff was great.

I liked that there was no charge for parking, or miscellaneous charges. I hated the breakfast. It was annoying. Too many people, and not enough seating. It stressed me out. Only one elevator worked. I had to bring my own luggage in. No one even offered to help. They said the luggage cart is over there.

This is a great location in the heart of Delray Beach with easy access to beach and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and appointed nicely. The pool is pretty and spa nice. The front staff is friendly and helpful...... with the exception of the manager, Nicole. She is very rude, and the most NON-courteous person I have ever dealt with in a manager capacity. She has no customer relation skills at all. She does NOT need to be in that role as she is a detriment to the beauty of this hotel. Sadly, I would NOT return solely because of her. ...

It's in a cool location on the avenue. Very close to the beach area that is also within walking distance from different stores, galleries, restaurants and bars. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff was kind and very nice to all. Which made for a pleasant stay!

The staff was friendly, polite and efficient. Check-in was quick and easy. Once we were in our room, the front desk called to make sure we were satisfied with our room, which was a nice touch. The room was very clean and comfortable. Kitchens are always a nice amenity, as is having a bedroom with a door for some privacy when traveling with others or children. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. We were offered beach towels when a staff member noticed our swimsuits, which we appreciated. It was just a short walk to the beach. There was something for everyone at the breakfast buffet. We chose this hotel for location (a block to the beach and restaurants nearby); for the room features (room for 5 plus a kitchen); and for the welcoming service that Marriott is known for and we were not disappointed by our experience in any way (except for waiting for the one working elevator). ...

Great location, better than typical breakfast included, clean rooms with comfortable beds and spacious living room suite.
