Residence Inn By Marriott Dover

Great room, kitchenette for cooking your own food. Supermarket and K-Mart located close by. Hot tub, pool and exercise lounge for unwinding. Freindly staff. Dover race track is directly in back of the hotel, real close to Dover Downs. Dover mall and plenty of places to eat along RT 13.

I will probably come back to this hotel any time we come to visit Dover Downs Casino. It's very close and located right on the main roads near grocery stores (Safeway), shopping centers (Walmart), and convenient stores (Rite Aid). It was very clean, quiet, and the staff was great.

Very nice hotel

This was my first stay in the state of DE and Residence Inn will definitely be my choice hotel when I visit. The front desk was very welcoming and informative. The breakfast staff insured that there was plenty of food even up until the last visitors showed up. Class act!

There was a flat-screen TV that was located on a swivel on a dresser between the living room area to the bedroom, which comes in handy. The next morning I went downstairs to try out the complimentary breakfast. Breakfast time ended at 9:30, which I thought was too early because I'm not an early bird so I got there at 9:20. They had an array of breakfast items available: hot sausage, waffles (which you make yourself on the waffle machine) bagels, fruit, muffins, oatmeal, coffee, orange juice, et cetera. Have stayed here several times for a getaway trip with spouse - casino trip. Reasonable priced, great staff, clean, and spacious. Close to lots of stores and restaurants.

I loved this hotel. it was much more than I expected. when I return to Dover I will be staying at this hotel. I actually liked it more than the hotel at the casino and the price was outstanding
