The rooms were a nice size and they were very clean. It was in a great location in Grand Junction so that we could hop on the highway and be wherever we wanted to go in only about 10 minutes! The breakfast was really good too!
The only thing that was a negative was that at 4:30 one morning, we were awakened by the people in the room over us making a lot of noise - it was like they were bouncing basketballs up there! This went on for an hour.
Hotel was centrally located and was clean, spacious and had a very friendly staff.

This hotel has great accommodations. The staff could use a little prep. as far as friendliness of housekeepers and front desk when I checked in, the woman seemed to be preoccupied by something else. She also charged me full price until it was straitened.
The woman who checked me in was from Michigan and had dark grey and black hair, I don't have a name though. It seemed as though she was irritated I booked with Price Line. Then when I looked at my bank account she had charge me full price for the room.
My Hotel stay at the Marriot Residence is as expected. It did not have any less or any more that expected. All the accommodations were in order as far as breakfast and housekeeping checking on the room. Overall the hotel is just as nice as a Fairmont. The only difference is it is not rated at 5 or 4 star, but it could be considering what I have seen in the Fairmont.

The rooms where nice and hotel staff was very helpful.
Only issue was with billing. Apparently there was a problem with the billing. The hotel was helpful in getting it fixed.

Everything was wonderful! Especially the Wed night dinner bbq and beer, breakfast was nice too! Nice room w/ comfortable beds!

The breakfast was extensive, well stocked and warm. Many choices and plenty of hot coffee!
Check in was quick, employees helpful, very clean rooms, lots of extras for the traveler (dishes, hair dryer, iron, etc.) large flat screen TV and computer connect, comfortable furnishing and quiet - no noise from other rooms or from the halls. We have recommended it to friends and family.

It is clean, comfortable and easy to get to.
The pool area had an overwhelming smell of chlorine, it needed ventilating.
Very clean, comfortable rooms. Wonderful to have the kitchen area. Traveling in the summer and the air conditioner worked wonderfully-nice and cool!
