The décor was beautiful and so clean. The roof top deck was definitely a bonus.

This hotel was awesome. The location was so central to downtown, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. It was a nice weekend so the roof top deck was definitely a great bonus. The hotel was decorated very nicely and very clean.

Best shower in any hotel, ever! Gorgeous room, great staff, close to our destination, felt secure with car in private garage
If you aren't familiar with Halifax, please know this hotel is on a one way street and that parking..which costs extra, is underneath hotel. Just park out front, check in, and use key card to access garage...easy peasy
Best for long term travellers...has kitchenette, lovely furnishings, and nice closet space.

The room was large and had a kitchenette.
Had to pay for parking. The hotel was quiet but there was noise on the street until 5 a.m. Great breakfast.

It was clean and roomy. loved the kitchen, didn't know before hand. it had appliances. Very nice
The only problem that we had was that they were doing construction across the street from our room and blowing rocks, which was quite noisy. We were on second floor of hotel therefore we could hear people outside the building.
I really was impressed with kitchen. If you ever have to stay for a period of time it is a great asset

Hotel was excellent. Good location for eating, metro centre, and local entertainment. Unfortunately not enough literature in room for people to know what, and where, to visit, and indulge in Halifax's many exciting things to do. The band Shaydid rocks!!!!

rooms were clean and nicely decorated for a longer stay the kitchenette would have been very useful.
a loud,large party was held in the room next door 11pm-4am when staff went to break up the party 28 people left the room. Later staff returned and asked the rest to leave due to the increasing volume.I don't know were they were coming from but more showed
was a nice hotel but room was located on the busiest nightlife street in the city 4 bars directly below our window. staff attempted to quiet loud party in next room but had a difficult time. Towards the end of the evening cig and marijuana smoke was so thick from the next room that it wafted under our room door and set off the fire alarm throughout the whole hotel at 4am. Went to the city to enjoy a dinner and quiet night away from kids but plan backfired in a big way left exhausted and not in a good way. ...
