We liked that it was in a great location, and lots of great restaurants around it.
Did not like the air conditioning unit, as it was noisy and we had to turn it off at night, so it was hot room to sleep in. Could not open the windows.
Clean, and not noisy. I would go back for sure, but not in the summer.

Most of the time the staff was friendly & helpful.
On one day, one staff member at the desk did not speak English well enough to help us.
The hotel was well located in Downtown Montreal. The staff was generally helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was excellent. The room was well appointed and the maid service was excellent.
