Hotel Guest Reviews of the Residence Inn By Marriott Philadelphia City Center

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The staff were very professional and attentive. The room was really big and confortable.

I had a very good experience staying in Residence Inn By Marriott Philadelphia City Center. I bidded my room with
xxx per nights for two nights. I didn't expect that they would offer me a room on the corner, which is big with a small kitchen and has windows on two sides of the room. Brekfast was included for two days and the gym and business center were open for 24 hours. Also, the staff were all very professional and attentive. I even got a "have a nice day" note from the cleaning laby of my room, and the lady in the forent desk offered to send my post card for me without any charge. Very good experence!! Will definitely come back. ...read more

Very comfortable room, good breakfast selection and helpful staff.
No complaints!

The hotel is in a great location--we came into Philly by bus and it was a $8 cab ride from 30th street station. The staff were very friendly and helped us find our way to the Barnes Foundation the next morning (only 15 minutes walking distance). The bed was possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in in my life. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

Great place to stay right in the heart of center city Philadelphia. Excellent location, clean and very affordable for a Saturday night.

The location is excellent. It's within walking distance to many attractions and right at the intersection of a couple of main subway lines.
The charge for parking is very high but if you are willing to walk 5 or 6 blocks there is a $5 lot on the weekends.

The staff was very friendly, and it had a nice fitness facility. Location was also great.
Nothing, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The Mariott Residence Inn is a close to Philadelphia City Hall as you can get. The hotel had a nice fitness facility, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was quiet and had a full kitchen (except for an oven).

Room was spacious and very clean. Can't beat the location.
The room was pretty cold. The thermostat did not work.

Great breakfast. Large, clean room and great location for Center City. The thermostat in the room did not work. It was not very warm.
