Hotel Guest Reviews of the Residence Inn By Marriott Plantation

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The staff went above and beyond. They made the experience wonderful. I also liked how they had themed nights.
I thought all Residence inn suites had two floors. Was a bit disappointed to find out otherwise.

The room mat have not been what I expected but the staff and service equal that of a 5 star hotel. Kudos to Amy, Vanessa and all the other wonderful people who helped us.

The room was recently updated and immaculate. Very beautiful and comfortable.
The hotel seems to be renovating in stages. Some of the public areas need updating. However, the room and the breakfast area were recently updated and were awesome. Renovations were perfect.

This hotel is excellent for the price. It is in a perfect location for shopping as well as for business purposes. The hotel appears to be going through a renovation process. Although there is no evidence of construction, there is a noticeable difference between some of the public spaces and the room. Pros: The breakfast area is perfect. Renovated with all the perfect touches, it is welcoming as well as sophisticated. The room also was perfectly renovated. Comfortable with class, and spotless. The staff is friendly and professional. Cons: Some of the public areas still need updating. The hallways are have outdated decor and although spotless, have somewhat of an old odor. The only entrances are in the front of the building. This may be for safety, but is still inconvenient if parked in the back. ...read more

It was a wonderful experience for me and my husband. The room was spacious and well appointed. Loved having a full sized fridge. AC in room was a bit loud, but overall a great experience. The staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was great!

Our air conditioning was not working when we checked in. We called the front desk and within 10 minutes we were in another room that was upgraded to a suite. Later that evening we were brought a nice apology note and some chocolates.

The parking was ok.
The hallways smelled musty and looked a bit rundown.

The location was pretty good but overall it was not up to the standards of other 3 star hotels.

Staff was friendly.
Overall needs updating, is very depressing and looks motelish, had 2 rooms and did not place us nearby and gave me a handicap room with no closet

Would not stay heree again. Have stayed at other hotels in area for this same price and don't feel like I'm in a motel but rather in a business class hotel.

I liked very little. The complimentary breakfast was pretty decent though.
The hotel was smelly and the rooms were very old. In desperate need of renovation.

My stay was short, but even though I got a special rate through Priceline, the hotel was much less than I expected. The rooms were old and smelly. The elevator was very antiquated and the parking lot was way too dark and potentially dangerous. The reception area did not feel like a hotel. It was very depressing looking and smelled of cheap air freshener. It was in a convenient location for my shopping needs, but I still would never recommend it. ...read more

Efficiency style rooms.
Uncovered walkway from front desk to rooms.

Sign for elevator needs to be more strategically placed.
