Hotel Guest Reviews of the Residence Inn By Marriott Portland North Harbour
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.August 19, 2012

We enjoyed our stay and it's very close the the Max, Portland's commuter train which made getting to downtown easy. This hotel sits by itself so you must go somewhere else for meals and to do anything.

Decor of common areas and suites was upscale and lovely. Breakfast service was excellent, with great selection of hot and cold items. Great pool, very family friendly. We were thrilled the value of this great place, and even extended our stay by a night. Staff was friendly, although a bit slow to respond for a maintenance issue. Room was very clean and well attended through our stay. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own simple meals. Fabulous place for young families. Great value, good location, we will definitely stay here again! ...

This hotel has the potential to be really great if they have someone else doing the breakfast. It was basically inedible. The room was nice and comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful and even called us to see how we were settling in.

The friendly service and large rooms make up for the poor location and lack of surrounding amenities. A full room with kitchenette is available for half the price you'll pay for a room in Downtown Portland.

Convenient location for all the wonderful things to do in Portland. Well maintained. Friendly and informative staff. Very comfortable rooms and a tasty breakfast.

This is a very comfortable hotel and the price was just right. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff were friendly, but the front desk person never seemed to be at the front desk and apparently was the only staff working the front desk.
