The room was clean, great space, enjoyed the kitchenette, and peaceful. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was plentiful and well-prepared. Would definitely stay again!
Hotel close to soccer fields and airport. Easy access.

Easy to find. Room was nice. Breakfast was good.
The room had a funny smell. And the pillows could have been a little more firm.
The room was nice. It had a strange smell when we first walked in. it was quiet overall. Easy to find. Breakfast was good. I'll stay there again next time I'm in Shreveport.

Best staff I have seen in a long time. Really friendly and helpful. One of my favorites in Shreveport.
Everything was great. No negatives.
Nice wine and cheese at 6. Good breakfast.

Very nice staff, reasonable rooms, but not a 3 star hotel.
The sofa bed was the worst we have ever had.
For the price and being a 3 star hotel it did not meet our expectation. The suite is fine if you only use the king size bed, but the sofa bed actually hurts after a while. The kitchen is good for extended stay, but if you plan to be there for just a couple of nights then for the same price I think you can do better elsewhere.
