The public space in the hotel was very roomy and bright, with nice places to sit and relax. They also offered a variety of games and reading materials.
Since this is a new hotel on a new street, it was a little difficult to find; however, we won't have that problem in the future.

The location of the hotel at the wharf gives some wonderful views of the lake, and it is also close enough to the town center requiring only a short walk. The room has a very nice layout, providing everything needed for a short term stay. The continental buffet breakfast offered a good assortment.

The hotel was amazing. The room was huge and very, very comfortable. The staff was friendly to all of our family members. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with lots and lots of wonderful choices.
I wish check in was a little earlier. Even by a couple of hours would be benificial.

The hotel was beautiful with all staff members acting very friendly to our family. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of good healthy food. The pool and work out area was big and very clean. We had a great time.

The Residence Inn is an upscale hotel with comfortable suites in a beautiful Muskoka setting. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is clean and workout room bright and attractive. The complimentary breakfast was well presented and tasty.

Breakfast was poor. I hate paper dishes!. Balcony needed a sweep and the chairs had not been cleaned. We were 3 people in the room but only 2 chairs o

Hotel is conveniently located and on the water. bed very comfy. kitchen was nice to have.

The one bedroom suite wad perfect. The awesome kitchen and separate bedroom was great.
No movies available.

We loved the room with the balcony and a view of the lake. The bed wad very comfortable and it was very quiet for sleeping. We loved the set up of the room.
