Solo Traveler
The hotel was much better than I expected. The staff, service was great. I would recommend the hotel to any of my friends traveling. The only negative I can give the hotel is there was no shuttle service to the strip. I was very disappointed that I had to pay everytime I went to the strip.

Group Traveler
We saw a lice on the pillow on the sofa bed. We called the front desk in charge of night shift, she sent the engineer to check that, he came in and instead of taking it out or throwing it in the toilet bowl he put it on his fingers and killed it, how disgusting it was, we had to close our eyes, then we asked the staff in the morning shift that if we can be moved to a regular bed room, not to have the dirty sofa beds.

The hotel was wonderful! The food and location were perfect. The staff was helpful and the room was great. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Clean rooms, good location,but pool was a little too cold and the man who checked us in was not friendly or helpful. No vending machines, just an overpriced market and no airport shuttle.
