Great staff very friendly, rooms and bed very nice and clean.
Some of the channels plus the pay movie channel on the television were not very clear.
Not far from grocery stores, also had parking for a large vehicle.

the hotel shuttle was nice to take to Zona Rosa, we didn't realize they didn't have cabs in that area, so that saved us some cash and a designated driver :)
The room set up was awesome too! And staff was very helpful and informative.
Great hotel experience! Would definitely stay there again!

Door lock did not work--very annoying.
Very nice hotel. The room I had was nice, but the door lock did not work--I had to go to the front desk 5 times--up and down 4 flights of stairs--beyond frustrating. They reprogrammed lock, worked 50% of the time thereafter. Did not work again in the morning--very annoying.

Willingness of GM to upgrade to nicer room for charge of course.
Front desk clerk new and unaware of hotel policy.
Overall great experience. Staff was friendly and service oriented and willing to please. Housekeeping supervisor gave tour of different style rooms to allow me to get the room that suited my needs. I booked an extra night due to the ability to obtain a 2 bedroom suite at the upgrade price. Very nice room and GM is a great fit.

Air conditioning was complicated to use.
Wonderful lobby, rooms. Great breakfast which was free. Loved it.
