It was a vacation in itself just being here! We loved the warm pool and spa, the hotel was child and dog friendly - both so important to us - but mostly it was that we felt very welcome, staff were so friendly and accommodating, room was lovely.

We loved the warm pool and spa, the hotel was child and dog friendly - both so important to us - but mostly it was that we felt very welcome, staff were so friendly and accommodating, room was lovely -not huge - but had everything we needed! We travel frequently and have stayed at a lot of nice hotels - this place is a gem! There is a pool table! How fun when traveling with preteens or teens - something for them to do! There is free WI Fi and its up and running with no annoying passwords or pauses.

The layout of the hotel and getting to my room was like a maze.
Had a wonderful stay. Express check-out made it a breeze, would definitely stay there again.

Room was clean and with well stocked kitchen. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Three great restaurants across the parking lot.
Pool was cloudy on day 2 and 3. It needed to be cleaned/serviced daily.
I was traveling with my two grandchildren. The hotel was great. While in a busy area, it was built arounda courtyard so was very quiet in the interior, around the pool.

Location; decor; friendly staff; stayed there while moving into and out of CA in early 1990s.
Two Queen bed rooms wouldn't accommodate a roll-in bed for one child, which was not as advertised!
Good hotel, great location, but booking did not exactly fit our needs.
