Hotel Guest Reviews of the Residence Inn Merrimack-Nashua

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

staff, morning breakfast included
cleanliness, saw a roach in the middle of the night by the bed

see above - price needs to match what is provided. It costed me xxx night and the value I got was not worth it - should not have been more than xxx night for the location and what is provided.

The room, as always in the Residence Inns.
My room was too close the US 3 (a little bit noisy). This hotel is between a Budweiser plant and a highway. The worse breakfast in all the Residence Inn I stayed.

Not the best Residence Inn but very fair for the paid price. The rooms are always nice.

The room was huge and it had multiple closets and a full kitchen.
There were multiple lights in the room but still the lighting in the room was a bit dark.

This was a great deal on Priceline.com. The rooms are huge and the rooms have kitchens. The breakfasts have a nice selection and there are snacks served in the lobby in the evening on weekdays. If you are staying for more than a couple of days, you can literally make yourself at home.

Convenient private layout, quiet room, delicious breakfast with good hours (plenty of time to get to breakfast and enjoy it without feeling rushed), the bed was super comfortable.
Although our room was clean, quiet and private, there was a slight age odor to it that I noticed every time I came back to the room. It because less detectable the longer you were there, but always present each time you arrived.

I think the layout of the hotel is important to communicate especially to older guests. Perhaps this was included in the on-line description and I just missed it. My husband and I did not mind the outdoor walk to the gatehouse for breakfast, but some senior citizens might have had trouble with the stairs, doors, and slanted walkways. However, this set-up did provide more privacy and less noise from neighboring rooms. Parking was convenient and although the hotel property is located between two main roads, we were not disturbed by traffic noise at all. ...read more

Hotel had very pleasant staff with great location to many of the nearby attractions. The complimentary breakfast was good with a very comfortable eating area. The lobby area was comfortable to enjoy the TV or Internet. Wi-Fi in rooms would be a ++.
The bathroom was way too small.
