Hotel Guest Reviews of the Residence Inn New Orleans Convention Center
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.August 5, 2012

The hotel is nice, but they need to stock up on the extras - PILLOWS available for all spaces (SOFA bed should be pre-made and room should be stocked with pillows for it ... instead of having to call, being brought sheets to make bed yourself and told they are OUT of pillows!). Parking spots should be guaranteed ... you pay, you should have a spot - NOT!

This hotel had an amazing full, buffet breakfast. It was close to everything as well. It had also recently been remodeled so everything is new, clean, and comfortable. It is a wonderful hotel and offers many amenities along with a great price.

This hotel was terrific. The room was very nice and spacious and would be perfect for longterm stays especially. It felt like a "southern hospitality" sort of stay. The location was not bad, it was a short walk to a fun restaurant and the rest of the downtown/French Quarter area. I didn't make much use of the facilities, nor did I park a car, so I can't speak to those features. Overall, this was a very enjoyable stay and I actually wish I could've stayed longer. ...
