This hotel was the best hotel we have stayed at for our 4th trip to New Orleans. The kitchen was very nice in the room and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was excellent as well. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

The hotel is conveniently located to shopping and resturants as well as the French Quarter. The suites are spacious, well appointed and clean. The staff is helpful and courteous.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. The rooms were generously sized and had up-to-date furnishings. It had everything you would need for an extended stay; extra seating, desk area, and full kitchen. We were only in town for one night and I wished we could have stayed longer.

Nice hotel, but the sheets could have been cleaner. A nice feature was the breakfast buffet and complimentary dinner. (Except for Thursday's dinner which is the "Chefs" choice.) Thursday night was a bunch of cheese cubes and pepperoni slices ...they should have called it "Chef's night off" lol, anyway, the breakfast bar was nice as well as the other dinners.

My hotel stay was very comfortable from the minute we arrived the staff was friendly the room was spacious and clean. The hotel was in a neutral area waling distance to the river walk and Harrahs. the only downside was we had to pay for parking and the parking lot was a little far. Overall I would definitely stay here again.
