Hotel Guest Reviews of the Residence Inn New Orleans Convention Center
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 25, 2013

Request a room facing the courtyard as others have suggested. Perfectly quiet and had no noise issues. Staff is ready to help and very friendly. They offer free grocery pick-up and free evening drinks and appetizers. I wasn't able to use these features, but I'm sure they are great also. Hotel was clean, recently renovated, quiet, safe. I had zero complaints. Free wi-fi and breakfast (ends at 9am during the week, so don't miss out!) Best Priceline hotel yet! There is a great little sandwich places 2 blocks away called 'Butcher'. I recommend it if you're looking for a good, quick bite and don't want to go far. ...

So remember this before you pay to park in the lot that's about a block from the hotel that requires you to pay each time you re-enter the parking lot. ...

This is a professionally run, high quality hotel with all the amenities that one could expect, including free breakfast and free WiFi. It is ideal for conference travel in New Orleans. It was easy to get work done and to go out for fun in the evenings. No complaints here!
