Great room with bed and sectional sofa, office desk and chair, full kitchen option. Great hot breakfast, close to downtown, nice pool and interior exterior designs.
Our room door would shut so loud it was bit creepy. Also fee for parking is annoying. Wi-fi did not work on our room at all.

Close to downtown 5 mins drive, some corner room has patio with good view. Hot breakfast was excellent and nice and cozy spaces. The pool and outdoor sitting area is beautiful. It was a quiet surrounding but some buildings around the hotel look ghetto but no problems at all.

The hotel has nice rooms with a small kitchen.A small breakfast buffet is complementary.
The hotel is not in the best location, to French Quarter you have to walk at least 20 minutes.

Parking is $20 per day in a parking lot one block away from the hotel.

The fact it was a suite with free internet and free breakfast.
The toilet was not fastened down properly and we could not get the shower to work.

I usually love Residence Inn but this one needed some maintenance especially in the bathroom. Nice size pool for New Orleans with a Jacuzzi. Unlike other three star hotels they don't charge for the extras. Parking is expensive but not out of line for the area.

This hotel was updated, with nice amenities such as a pool, basketball /tennis court, and breakfast buffet. Very convenient to Convention Center!
Close parking lots were full after dark. But alternative parking lot was a block away in a shared lot with a nice attendant!

The Residence Inn Marriott Convention Center is a very clean and organized hotel. The staff all around was friendly and very helpful! Their 2 bedroom suites are clean, spacious, and stylish! It is a great location for a short walk to the Convention Center and Casino area. Also close to great shopping, dining, and nightlife! I will definitely book my next stay in New Orleans with this awesome hotel! Thanks again! ...read more

The hotel was very clean and friendly, we would book this again.

Newly remodeled and comfortable beds.
