Hotel Guest Reviews of the Residence Inn Northpoint Mall
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 25, 2013

The hotel is great and I will definitely spend more time here in the future. If you plan on eating the breakfast that they serve I advise you to go early because it is a madhouse around 9 AM

We were very pleased with the Residence Inn in Alpharetta. The warm breakfastwas very good and the evening "light supper" is a nice touch. We wpuld clearly stay there again.

The Residence Inn exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, even the sofa bed was comfortable. Nice hot showers and breakfast. It is located on the North Point mall property so you can walk across the parking lot to the mall. I didn't try the pool because it was too cold to swim but it looked cleaned.

We liked the fact that it was more like a small apartment rather than a hotel room. The buffet breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly.

This was one of the best hotel stays I have had. Everything about it was above par including a great location. I would recommend Residence Inn to anyone! Thanks for such great accommodations for a fantastic price!

My daughter and I loved the whole experience. The room was great. The bed was very comfortable, (even after a very stressful and tiring day of dealing with hauling horses. We wouldn't mind living there!

size of room.
Overall, the hotel was good. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast needs to be improved. The sausage was underdone and the eggs were dry. The space where the breakfast was served was small and cramped which made it very difficult to get to things. There was very little seating. Which was made worse by the owner and his family eating breakfast in the area and taking up two tables which should be have been reserved for guests.
