What I liked about this hotel was the staff was wonderful, very professional and they went out of their way to help.
Well I only stayed one night so I can't really said anything bad about this hotel.

Well for the one night stay it was great.

I liked the size of the room and the bed was very comfy, I enjoy having a couch in the room and the fridge was nice too!
It was kinda hard to get to because the construction-but still very pleased

Very nice room for the money, I was very pleased. The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was big and it was pretty quiet. We loved it hopefully we can get this hotel again!

It is very well kept and managed. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, A/C works great and is all around a wonderful place to stay.
Absolutely not, it was great!

There is new road construction in front of the hotel which makes it a bit difficult to get in. However, its not bad at all and well worth the stay. It's a very clean place, the beds are comfortable, the A/C is outstanding, the rooms are quite, spacious, well appointed and new. The location is perfect with well known restaraunts nearby. The lobby is absolutely beautiful with a fireplace and amenities that make you feel like you are at home, a very nice home. Overall this hotel has been one of the better lodgings for me. I have stayed at several hotels in several states. I've also stayed at a few Residence Inn's and I was very impressed with the service, the room, the complimentary breakfast. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Quiet room + cost effective.
Massive road construction in the area, making it harder to access.

The decor was modern, the room layout and furniture comfortable and usable. The TV in my room had a full 180-degree swivel, making it easy to watch whether at the desk, couch, dinner table or bed. A nice compliment of utensils, all with very little wear, was provide for cooking. And there was a full-size refrigerator with ice maker.

Room was clean and beautiful decorated, the free morning breakfast was delicious, and hotel staff respectful.
Didn't like the location on a one way street, but did find an alternate route.

Fabulous hotel to stay in Dallas, minutes from mall, food places, i did a lot of research before choosing a hotel, and this location lived up to my expectations. So if you are on the fence i suggest you book, free breakfast, parking, and WiFi.

Clean, free breakfast, and close to my business need.
No restaurant! Lts of local construction made it feel less nice than it was.

A clean friendly place, room was comfortable with nice amenities. Had a nice kitchen which I didn't need but could be helpful to some.

The breakfast was very high quality

Construction on the highway made getting to this hotel slightly difficult but once at the hotel everything was as expected or exceeding expectations.
