Super friendly and helpful staff, super clean room, everything was great, nothing negative.
Can't think of it.

We travel quite a bit and we'd stayed in lots of different hotels, but this is definitely one of the easiest, cleanest, friendliest hotel with great service we'd ever stayed. All the staff were very nice, breakfast was great, room got clean perfectly (without pressuring us "when to leave to get the room clean"), the whole place was nice and quiet (we wanted to escape from crazy Disney visitors). Unsafe parking lot.

Reasonable price and clean room with enough facility. However, poor bed and parking lot exposed to car accident.

The layout is like a 4 plex, quiet and good floorplan.
I know that it is necessary but the small children helping themselves at breakfast was annoying.

Friendly staff, in all areas, clean and quiet although I am sure they were fully booked and because of the hotel? layout you never felt crowded.

No hot tub. Real eggs at breakfast, please.

Beautiful room with a great bed and really comfortable furnishings, including fireplace. Business friendly desk set-up w/ wired secure connection and WiFi. Great TV and plenty of channels. Nice bath and wardrobe areas. Plenty of space plus a functional kitchen was great. The people of front office are exceptional, consummate friendly and professional. Considering the mostly dour expressions on many properties faces these days, this was a rare pleasure to visit, work and rest, at a warm and comfortable home away from home. ...read more
