Hotel Guest Reviews of the Residence Inn Pleasanton
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 9, 2013

This was a great hotel and I will totally stay here again! I was referred to Priceline by a friend and this by far is the best way to book hotels for a great price!! Residence Inn is alwasy a great choice, they are clean and take pride in their company. I go to this event every year, I won't stay anywhere else!

good hotel with decent morning hot breakfast. No complaints; we were in at 11 PM and out at 10 AM.

All Residence Inns I have stayed in have been configured as small apartments with only two stories. This Inn is a three story long building. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Breakfast area is convenient. Breakfast food was well stocked and replenished.

Rooms are huge, clean, and nicely decorated. Everything you would ever need provided! More like a one bedroom apartment. Plenty of free parking and free internet. We only expected a continental breakfast, but this continental breakfast was on steroids! We were pleased at everything!

The staff were wonderful! The breakfast was good with lots of variety and I love having a tub to bath in. It was easy to access yet felt private and quiet. The level of guests was just right, not low life partiers and no demanding snobs, everyone treated great by staff. We went to Pleasanton for a big car show, the staff all had shirts on for the car show event and many of the other guests were also attendees. It was a great weekend! ...

Came up to attend an A's baseball game and needed a place to crash for the night. Great rate, very comfortable, clean room. Can't complain.

Over all it was good. But being charged twice is just not right.
