Hotel Guest Reviews of the Residence Inn Portland Airport At Cascade Station

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

All rooms are king suites. We had the smallest suite and it was huge with a full kitchen. Very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with eggs, potatoes, pancakes, biscuits/gravy, etc. Nice patio/firepit area outside. Nice fireplace/foyer area.
Nothing. It was great!!!

This hotel is right next to the Mt. Hood stop on the Red Line of the MAX train going between Portland Airport and downtown, making it extra convenient. (The MAX costs $2.50 for two hours or $5 for the day.)
It was not immediately clear how to connect my PC to the Internet through the hotel's connection. I'm confident that the staff could have cleared this up for me.

A conveniently located, nicely appointed hotel with a good selection of foods at breakfast and two computers near the front desk for guests to use. The exercise room has a good set of dumbbells (though missing the very lightest ones), a bench, and several cardio machines. Didn't find time for the pool though it looked inviting. A solid bet.

The rooms are very spacious and beautiful.

We loved that it was close to the airport. There were a lot of kids there, so if your looking for a romantic getaway, its probably not for you. Everything was great

It was a good location for my stay. The room was nice and quiet. It just had a good feel about the place.
It would have been nice if there were an on site resturant.

great place, I plan to stay there again.

Great location, amazing room, great amenities, overall an excellent hotel.
Nope.

Amazing hotel. The rooms are like little mini apartments. We stayed in a suite with a fireplace, full kitchen and bedroom, it was just like having your own away from home apartment. The hotel is in an awesome location, right next to the light rail line, there is a Target and many other shopping stores such as Ikea, Best buy and others. The amenities in the hotel are great, love the workout room, they have laundry, large pool and a big breakfast if you like a free breakfast when you stay. Even have healthy choices, such as fresh fruit and granola. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone visiting Portland! ...read more

Beautiful hotel, great location, clean and would definitely stay again!
Nope, loved everything about this hotel.

Overall one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Great location, and amenities. The room was beautiful, we stayed in a suite which was extremely nice, was like staying in a beautiful little apartment. The workout room was very nice, even had disposable headphones and all new equipment. Great continental breakfast if you like it, my husband sure did. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to someone coming to visit Portland, whether it be by plane or driving. The location of the hotel is not only right by the airport, but there is a train station right outside as well as shopping center, which has Starbucks, Target, Best Buy, IKEA and many more. ...read more
