Solo Traveler
The staff here is very friendly and efficient. I wanted for nothing. The breakfast was hot and varied. The kitchen was beautiful. I come here every year with my elderly mother and we plan to come back again next year. I also found the guests to be friendly too!

I would stay here again when in Rockford. My husband said it was superior to the Holiday Inn, adjacent to it, and thanks to Priceline bidding it was no more expensive. Comfortable bed, adequate work out facility, wonderful complimentary breakfast, pleasant staff.

Family Traveling with Teens
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I called ahead of time to see if we would be able to get a room with two beds; was told it was based on availability at the time of arrival. The hotel was not filled up; as a matter of fact the room that we were put in was on the third floor in a corner and there rooms on the third floor with two beds that were not being used. All-in-all we have a good stay, with the exception of the hot tub not warming up. I was also charged on my debit card $.58 from the hotel. Was not sure what that was for. Never happened before. Did not use the phone; was not in the room except to sleep.

Nice motel. Great location. The kitchette was very nice. For the price, even the noisy air conditioner was tolerable.

Service was terrible, hotel was dirty, pool was not very nice, and the hot tub was luke warm. Overall, experience was not good. The only nice thing was it was in a great location.
