We were not disappointed in any area. Breakfast was great with lots of choices, the pool was excellent and the staff was very helpful and kind.
no negatives except there is no hair dryer.

This hotel was a breath of fresh air, very comfortable in every way. The grounds were beautiful, very manicured and clean. Has a Laundromat and game area. Would recommend to everyone.

Although on the outskirts of San Diego nothing is far away in San Diego if you have a car. We used to live there so we knew how to get where we needed to go. The hotel has a very garden, cool, environment and the hot breakfast was great.
I was expecting a high level of Wi-Fi service and was disappointed that the system had such a weak signal at our room. Even at the pool near the lobby, the signal was weak and sporadic. Fortunately I could make my phone a "hot-spot".

Read many of the previous reviews, good and bad, before we went so had an idea of what to expect but found the hotel to be much better than what I had read in the negative reviews. The place was clean. Staff was attentive. It meet all of our needs and was a very good place for 6 adults and three kids - the unit was near the pool and had a kitchen. Only downside was the very, very poor Wi-Fi system. And I wish they would have had a DVD player. Would gladly go back - in fact we are returning to SD in September and may stay at the same place again. ...read more

front desk staff was absolutely excellent
daily cleaning of the room wasn't that great.

Loved it overall. definitely will stay there again.

I was pleasantly surprised. the staff was great. the grounds were lovely. I would definitely stay there again if I need to.

This hotel is awful, the pictures look nothing like the hotel. The rooms smelled like a lot of moisture. It was gross, old, and ugly. I wouldn't never stay at this hotel again.
Everything it was awful. Not worth the price at all.

Avoid staying here. I could have paid a little more per night like twenty dollars more and should have. I went cheap and this is what i got.

The hotel staff was very accommodating when I asked for early check-in.

Great location for the purpose of the visit, which was to attend a family wedding. I love the kitchen, the complimentary breakfast and the overall stay.

That it had everything we needed. Such as location, food, hotel outside is very clean. Morning breakfast was good.
The only thing is the bathroom could be cleaner.

The hotel is excellent, location is great for sports. Food is not hard to find, freeway is right there along with gas station. I will be back and also would tell friends and family.

The location is right off the 169 and most convenient. The room was spacious with a full kitchen.

Great hotel, clean, and good location.
Employee said pool heated, it is not.

Very cleaned and well maintained. Breakfast menu changed every day, and good assortment.
