Hotel Guest Reviews of the Residence Inn San Ramon
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(3) | Solo Traveler(1) | Family with Young Children(1) | Family with Teens(1)

Room service was good
Liars
It was kind of okay but not worth the price I paid. Also, before I checked in, I had called them and asked few things which I found to be false after I checked in. The shuttle service was not available on weekends and after 5 pm on weekdays. I was told that it was available until 7 pm and also on weekend. The local phone was not free outside San Ramon whereas I was told that it was free in CA. The internet was giving problems in room and getting disconnected frequently. The staffs just go by the process and dont want to accomodate any of your request even if they can do easily. ...

My 15 years daughter love the house keeper a lot , Nancy one of the house keepers would write friendly notes back almost like a pen pal.
The second night there was a slight smell of smoke that came through the vents.
