Hotel Guest Reviews of the Residence Inn Seattle Lake Union

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Parking $25 a night, not mentioned in original bids. View from the room was warehouse next door.

Very nice hotel. Wonder if they charge the parking fee to people who pay their regular rates and don't book on Priceline. Feel mislead in that way.

Great breakfast and afternoon snacks. Nice People. Easy mass transit to downtown.
$25 additional parking fee. A bit far away from most of the sites of Seattle.

Great Restaurants across the street, check out happy hours. Street construction around the area.

Location, Location, Location. South lake union has amazing parks and views, we drove over to nearby Fremont for dinner, partied on capitol hill and saw a film in queen Anne. We had a beautiful lake view suite with Kitchen, Living room and balcony.
We were lucky to arrive on the weekend as street parking is free on Sunday. Otherwise parking is pricey at $25 per day.

My daughters have serious food allergies. One of the cooks Thuay Phan very kindly prepared pan fried potatoes on a clean pan especially for them during the buffet breakfast. It was a very nice gesture.
Hotel was immaculate, staff friendly, top notch.

The hotel is extremely close to a street car station and located across from a Marina. Picturesque setting suitable for families, seniors, couples. The facilities are beautifully maintained and very spacious. the courtyard is a great gathering point.

Great place to stay when visiting Seattle located across the street from Lake Union. Low cost public transportation to downtown Seattle is within 1/2 block of the hotel. King suite rooms are great and the free breakfast menu is outstanding.
Parking is limited and across the street in a metered lot unless you use their underground parking garage which is $30 including tax. We chose the garage for its convenience and security.

In spite of the cost for secured parking, we would recommend this property for anyone looking to visit Seattle. The rooms are first class, the complete breakfast is complimentary, and the access to public transportation to the downtown area is just a couple of walking minutes away, if that. The trip to downtown Seattle via bus or light rail is less than 10 minutes. We'll be back next year! ...read more

I can't say enough how amazing the staff was. I was getting engaged that weekend and they were so accommodating and excited. It made the experience the best hotel experience I've ever had
Nothing wrong.

In-City location (Lake Union) was huge ... close access to where we needed to be but not in the middle of downtown.
Neither Price Line nor the Hotel told us we had to pay for parking at the Hotel. A big and unwelcome surprise ($61). Also, Lots of road construction outside the hotel, which is not the hotel's fault.

Great location, nice facility, nice room, friendly staff. Be prepared to pay for safe parking in the hotel garage rather than street, however.
