Hotel Guest Reviews of the Residence Inn Seattle Lake Union
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 16, 2013

Rooms are nice but the place is a little stuffy. The rooms have balconies but you can't smoke on them, which defeats the purpose of having a balcony in my opinion. I booked 5 rooms for a large group that I was hosting in Seattle. They were driving two large 15 passenger vans which could not fit into the parking garages. The woman that checked us in told us, "I don't think we can accommodate that. Maybe at the loading dock." Fortunately when the vans arrived their check in was much more pleasant and they were taken care of. Booking 5 rooms and trusting a hotel to take care of a group of people that you are responsible for on business is a big deal. I would expect a business customer such as myself to be treated well but we were not upon check in. Everyone else in the hotel seemed perfectly friendly but because of the one unpleasant interaction upon our arrival I would hesitate to stay here again, especially with a large group that could need a little extra hospitality. ...

Great food! sometimes in the weekdays they have small dinners for free! When I stayed they had the complimentary breakfast like they do everyday but at night they had grilled cheese, soup and salad.

Much better deal than Downtown Seattle that charges twice as much and only really 8 or 10 blocks away.

This hotel would be a great place for a longer stay, the kitchen would allow you to save a little on dining expenses.

Great location away from downtown Saettle craziness but close enough to walk to everything. Very good restaurants just across the street (especially Duke's). Parking is expensive but very secure which is important to me when I travel for business. Attractive hotel but it's a little too kid-friendly. Several families allowed their beasties to spread thier games and books all over the loby seating/table area with no personal supervision. The hotel staff allowed this to happen without correcting the parents (wherever they were). It was distracting but not horrible. Will try to stay here again. ...
