Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Beautiful room, clean, clean, clean....very helpful staff.,terrific amenities. Great location as well!
Loved everything

This hotel is one of the nicest I've stayed in in a very long time. The room was so spacious and even had nice touches such as popcorn with bowl to enjoy while watching a movie! Staff were very helpful. Room was spotless. Would definitely stay here again.

Huge rooms with full kitchen, granite kitchen & bathroom, also free wireless internet throughout the hotel, and free hot breakfast.
Gym is very small.

Great hotel especially if you're heading to the conference center, which is right nearby. Huge rooms with full kitchen, granite kitchen & bathroom, also free wireless internet throughout the hotel, and free hot breakfast. Gym is very small, but otherwise no complaints and overall a very positive experience.

I didn't know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised on all fronts. Great staff, really clean and lovely room with great amenities, and very nice complementary breakfast. I would stay there again any time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with info, regarding nearby services we were looking for. the breakfast was excellent, every day. Having the full kitchen made our 5 day stay very economical.
Unfortunately parking is not free and I found it to be to pricey. Had to find other accomodations nearby for my vehicle.

The wifi was a bit slow, but it was there and free. That was very helpful. the location was perfect for our needs in central downtown. It seem to be a nice area, and I did not feel concerned walking at night back to the hotel even being a female by myself. The pool area and gym were very clean and easily accesible. But the shower in the pool area was cold. But in the rooms the shower was great. Very confortable and spacious rooms. ...read more

The room is very good and the staff was extremely friendly. The proximity of the Hotel was very good.
Parking was extremely expensive at $40 a day. possibly to have something available in the evening, 5 -7 pm snack would be greatly appreciated. The gym needs an update as the treadmill is on it's last legs. The TV stations please include RDS.

I would recommend this hotel for any traveler be it a business or family. The rooms have a small kitchen a living room and a flat screen tv. The breakfast in the morning is hot and has a healthy option. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful.

The size of the room was very nice. It was clean and have everything you needed. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were also a bonus, and they include a buffet breakfast with your room.
I didn't like that they only had $40/day valet parking. It cost a fortune to park down there, so we really didn't save any money.

I would stay at this hotel again because it is central to all attractions in Toronto, but expect to pay a small fortune on parking. Overall your not getting a deal staying at this hotel once you factor that in.
