Hotel Guest Reviews of the Residence Inn Toronto Downtown/Entertainment District
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 16, 2013

This hotel is one of the nicest I've stayed in in a very long time. The room was so spacious and even had nice touches such as popcorn with bowl to enjoy while watching a movie! Staff were very helpful. Room was spotless. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel especially if you're heading to the conference center, which is right nearby. Huge rooms with full kitchen, granite kitchen & bathroom, also free wireless internet throughout the hotel, and free hot breakfast. Gym is very small, but otherwise no complaints and overall a very positive experience.

The wifi was a bit slow, but it was there and free. That was very helpful. the location was perfect for our needs in central downtown. It seem to be a nice area, and I did not feel concerned walking at night back to the hotel even being a female by myself. The pool area and gym were very clean and easily accesible. But the shower in the pool area was cold. But in the rooms the shower was great. Very confortable and spacious rooms. ...

I would recommend this hotel for any traveler be it a business or family. The rooms have a small kitchen a living room and a flat screen tv. The breakfast in the morning is hot and has a healthy option. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful.

I would stay at this hotel again because it is central to all attractions in Toronto, but expect to pay a small fortune on parking. Overall your not getting a deal staying at this hotel once you factor that in.
