Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(29) | Solo Traveler(22) | Traveling as Couple(36) | Family with Young Children(17) | Family with Teens(8) | Senior Traveler(4) | Group Traveler(7)

Wonderfully renovated.
Popcorn ceilings and rusty hinges.
Good hotel and location for touring the National Mall, about a 10-15 min walk. Took 20 min to get towels to the pool after requesting. This examples seems to mirror the speed of most services of the service industry in the East though.

Liked the suite style room, nice shampoo/conditioner
The food was a killer experience. I was willing to pay more for the room because of the free meals

Fantastic location just a few blocks from the DC Capitol and Mall. Very good breakfast and light dinner.
You're going to pay for parking anywhere in DC...it was $30/night here.
This Residence Inn is a super place to launch into your sight-seeing in DC. It's within blocks of all the major memorials and museums; we would definitely stay there again. It was also really convenient to have a full breakfast and light dinner. Wonderful front desk staff. Our experience here was great!

Excellent staff and very well appointed spacious rooms.
While they did serve breakfast and a light dinner, there is no restaurant.
Excellent hotel with spacious suites including a kitchenette. Staff was very helpful, and wifi is free!
