Hotel Guest Reviews of the Residences On Georgia
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 3, 2012

This is a condo not a hotel so you gain space but miss out on some of the things you usually find in a hotel room (i.e. no shampoo, coffee/tea). If you know this in advance you can pack for this. The security is a bit daunting at first but you quickly get use to it although the parking garage can be a maze if you get off at the wrong level. Lots of stairs to climb off Gerogia street but I found ramp access off Alberni street. Having a full kitchen made it easy to make some meals at home to save money. I was upgraded to the penthouse with a roof top deck, and fabulous views of English Bay. A safe, quiet, friendly place, central to the highlights of Vancouver, walkable neighbourhood with shops & restaurants close by. I would recommend it and would return without a doubt. ...

An upscale and comfortable one-bedroom apartment in a 36-six story building located just a few blocks from the Convention Center. It was very quiet -- did not hear a single neighbor the whole stay. The staff were welcoming, cordial, and helpful in recommending restaurants / markets, and even calling a cab and helping me carry out luggage. I did not miss having hotel room-service one bit, because of "Urban Fare," a fabulous market and deli one block away. A full array of satellite TV channels, in-room washer/dryer, and separate TV in the bedroom give all the comforts of home. Being able to open the windows for fresh air was also a definite plus for me. The Dale Chihuly art on the first floor gives it a touch of class. ...
