Hotel Guest Reviews of the Resort At Port Arrowhead
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.January 8, 2013

We would stay there again. They were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great to all of the activities at the Lake of the Ozarks.

The whole establishment needs to be remodeled. Especially the tiles coming off the sides of the swimming pool. The employees were especially friendly and helpful.

I paid.
I couldn't hook anything up to the TV and only got like maybe 15 channels the staff was very friendly and the pools were nice and clean and the restaurant had great food and the waitress was extremely nice.

We were expecting a clean, beautiful hotel(by the pictures on website)instead - it was filthy, broken down, & not that customer friendly. It was a trip for our 25th wedding anniversary, we were very disappointed.

Convenient location, great if you're looking for a cheap get away with kids (the place is overrun with them)The hotel desperately needs a make over. The place looks like it's best days are behind it. The different buildings that make up the hotel can be a little difficult to get around as it is very hilly and the parking lots cramped. But that topography is good because not all of the rooms are together which might reduce noise. ...

The staff was friendly, but unable to make decisions on keeping customer satisfied.

This is an older hotel that needs some updating of the rooms. I don't know about rooms on other wings of the resort but ours was supposedly recently remodeled, but it was not up to date with draperies, carpeting or bed coverings.
