Hotel Guest Reviews of the Resort At Port Arrowhead

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Great staff and great location.
Thought that the price was a little high for a lot of the rooms being empty.

Clean, friendly and good room service at regular prices! Nice location and good scenery.
NA.

We would stay there again. They were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great to all of the activities at the Lake of the Ozarks.

People very friendly, easy to talk to.
Needs to be updated.

The whole establishment needs to be remodeled. Especially the tiles coming off the sides of the swimming pool. The employees were especially friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly.
The TV channels were not great and the overall appearance of the room wasn't worth what
I paid.

I couldn't hook anything up to the TV and only got like maybe 15 channels the staff was very friendly and the pools were nice and clean and the restaurant had great food and the waitress was extremely nice.

We were expecting a clean, beautiful hotel(by the pictures on website)instead - it was filthy, broken down, & not that customer friendly. It was a trip for our 25th wedding anniversary, we were very disappointed.

Next to Marina where we were going to go boating.
Outside signage could be better.

Remodeled older hotel that met our needs.

The public areas were not very clean and the room wasn't up to date.

Convenient location, great if you're looking for a cheap get away with kids (the place is overrun with them)The hotel desperately needs a make over. The place looks like it's best days are behind it. The different buildings that make up the hotel can be a little difficult to get around as it is very hilly and the parking lots cramped. But that topography is good because not all of the rooms are together which might reduce noise. ...read more

Pool was family friendly with respect shown to couples without children.
Carpet was wet, check-in was late, no water day of check-out.

The staff was friendly, but unable to make decisions on keeping customer satisfied.

It was centrally located for where we were to meet relatives for the weekend.
No lake access or ramp access for boating. They told me that the marina was private.

This is an older hotel that needs some updating of the rooms. I don't know about rooms on other wings of the resort but ours was supposedly recently remodeled, but it was not up to date with draperies, carpeting or bed coverings.
