Hotel Guest Reviews of the Rio Suite Hotel Casino
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(13) | Solo Traveler(15) | Traveling as Couple(65) | Family with Young Children(10) | Family with Teens(7) | Senior Traveler(3) | Group Traveler(14)

I guess it was in the fine print, but EVERYONE will get hit with an extra charge of $18.00 plus taxes per day for the hotels amenities (pool, etc.).

huge room, very clean, good location off strip, free parking, nice view, buffet delicious (although pricey)
resort fee only covers ONE device, LOOOOONG lines for check in (30 minute wait even at 8pm on a wednesday), hotel services way overpriced

Spacious interior for a standard room, even in Vegas standard. Comfy bed.
Sometimes the room smell like smoked food from the AC vent. And AC is not strong enough to cool down the room in the afternoons. Resort fees.

Upgraded us to a view of the strip! Breakfast buffet amazing!
Didn't like ghetto poker machines.
Go to the rooftop club for a view of Vegas! Buy you own drinks and put them in the room fridge!

Staff was good.
The high prices for food. At the buffet, its was $84.00. That was a bit high, and the food was typical buffet food.
The rooms were great and the price was great also. The food in all parts of the hotel were over priced. My advise is to get the room, then go else where to eat.

Wonderful all you can eat buffet. Free shuttle to The strip.
The line to check in or out is completely unreasonable!!! They add a $20 "resort fee" for every night you stay there.
You must wait in a horrendous line to check in or out. You must pay a resort fee of $18 plus tax per day on top of what you paid to Priceline. The customer service at the front desk is poor. On the other hand, the all you can eat buffet is delicious. Wonderful variety of foods. Wonderful staff. Free shuttle to the strip.

The rooms, stores, and eateries.
Yes they left the room service trays with all the leftover food on them in the hallway much, much too long.
The rio is and always will be my number one hotel to stay in.
