Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ritz Milner Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

STAFF!! are super helpful and nice. ANTHONY was helpful with early check in and directions via mass transit to the exact point.
Back Door Bar underconstruction but minor as the location has plenty around.

Room is small but clean and nice for the pricing and location. STAFF as I said are very nice which really makes up for the space :) The venue is in a convenient for Metro and shopping.

The hotel is simple and ok. The room has an old carpete that stinks a little and there is no window to open to refresh the air.staff is ok.

Location & Price
AC barely worked and was one of those wall units that kept the blinds from being fully closed. Windows were pretty thin and room backed up against alleyway.

For the money it was a good compromise. A small room with not that many amenities that was a couple blocks away from where I was going to be partying that night and I was able to walk to the bar without having to be concerned for my well-being.

The room was very comfortable and clean
The elevator was alittle scary but it got us up to the 4th floor (a couple of times) For the age of this hotel, I guess it's par. I wish they had closer parking facility that was part of the hotel.

We found it easy to locate and surprisingly seemed to be located in a well kept part of downtown LA. It felt safe walking around the area. The complimentary breakfast food was fresh and convienent and the coffee was good (even though we walked a block to go to Starbucks...another plus of the location) We stayed in a king bedroom suite and it was very spacious and comfortable/clean. ...read more

Towel count was off on some days

This is a great place t stay, or at leas I enjoyed it a lot, this place is old and has character, s you may not like it as much as I did, the rom was more than ample and the bed was very comfy.

Use of the fitness club across the street was great, location & price were good.
Room was small, street noise was bad, wore ear plugs to sleep!

The staff was great. Carpet was wet the 1st day.

Compared to other hotels, this price was right.

The best attribute of this hotel is its location in the heart of Downtown. Numerous restaurants nearby and LA Live is only walking distance away.
Its antiquity. It certainly is time for an upgrade all the way around.

Some positive attributes to this hotel are: cheap, its location in the heart of downtown, free breakfast, and its accomodating staff. Negative attributes include its antique appearance, decadent rooms, outdated restrooms, outdated televisions, popcorn ceilings, outdated elevators, etc.
