The location was great. It was right next to the aquarium but also had a calm sense to the property.

I wasn't sure about the location until we got there it was great! The bed were very comfortable and the room was awesome. We had no gripes what so ever.
I wish I would of known that the pool was open. But I did not matter because it was cold and rainy the second day we were there.

The front desk person that checked me in was very nice. We had an awesome stay. I would recommend more ice machines though.

This is a great location right on river and 5 min walk or less from the main shopping and eating areas.

Easy access and gre a t location. Also real close to the park.

Nice location with shops in walking distance.
The shower only had hot water for about two seconds then the water would be ice cold for most of the time and all of a sudden would get scalding hot. The vending machines were out dated and would take your money most of the time and were very over priced.

The building had a musty smell to it and you might want to bring your own drinks unless you want to pay two dollars for a 20 oz pop or bottled water.

Great location and price. It is on the older side, but it was comfortable, clean and served it's purpose. Staff was friendly. Fantastic view of the Smokys as well.
No problens

If you are looking for a clean, friendly stay at an affordable price stay here. If youre looking for the Ritz Carlton, look elsewhere.

Very convenient location. The room is very spacious and has great view. Enjoyed the breakfast, which is with in my expected quality, decent and saved us time hunting for breakfast elsewhere.

The room needed a complete makeover. I didn't want to take off my shoes or sit on couch.
I would not stay in this hotel again, not would I recommend it to anyone. The couch appeared dirty. The carpet unraveling. Blinds did not work well. Everything just felt gross.

I loved the location of this hotel! It was so easy to walk and the river was beautiful.
The hotel was dated, older and the staff didnt know what they were talkin about half the time. They couldn't give any recommendations at all.

Great location and price, and it was kept clean. The hotel was older than the pictures lead me to believe.
