Hotel Guest Reviews of the Rockport Inn And Suites
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 15, 2013

Easy day trip from Boston, excellent location, beautiful drive, best value. My best experience with Priceline. This motel deserves more than many 4 and 5 star motel rating.

Close to the downtown area of Rockport probably walking distance if one felt inclined to walk. The room was comfortable. The reception and breakfast area comfortable. The staff polite. Altogether pleasant. Would recommend. Ask for a room on the ground floor if unable to climb stairs. Don't believe there was an elevator.

The room was clean and decorated nicely. The bed was comfortable. If you have trouble with a heavy cleaning product/perfumed odor you may want to rethink this as a choice. We tolerated it because it was a one night stay. Breakfast was great.

My boyfriend and I were pleasantly surprised by the updated interior of the hotel and the pool room. Our room was literally down the hall from the pool, and the window looked out on the courtyard, but it was incredibly quiet all night. The pool room itself was large and very clean. The jacuzzi wasn't working when we first arrived, but the front desk responded very promptly and got it functioning again. The front desk staff was very friendly, informative, and the location of the hotel was relatively convenient (you could walk to the cute downtown area of Rock port, although we chose to drive). The continental breakfast was served until 10am, which is a rare luxury for those of us who like to sleep in. It was pretty standard continental breakfast fare, but served in a sweet dining room that looked cozy and inviting. We were altogether pleased with the experience.

Great location for a weekend getaway. Plenty of room for parking, and didnt seem as congested as the other hotels and B&B in the area. Staff was cheerful and friendly
