Hotel Guest Reviews of the Rodeway Inn And Suites Portland
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 3, 2013

I can only wish that the reception staff, especially the old lady, should be given a serious lesson and/or a training course in "how to deal with the motel customers." She is entirely unfriendly and unhelpful! However, the persons who are taking care of the guest rooms are doing a very good service. All in all, it is a nice motel; located in a quiet area. It just needs a better management! ...

We got upgraded to a bigger room and the room was very clean and spacious. The only thing I didn't like about it was there was a strip club in the parking lot. Pretty un family friendly if you ask me.

The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. When maid service took away used linens or plastic cups, they did not replace them .We had to ask for clean towels or new cups. The desk staff was very professional and friendly. The free breakfast was not much, we went across the street to a coffee shop. Free Internet was great to have.
