Hotel Guest Reviews of the Rodeway Inn And Suites Smyrna

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Serious issues with cleanliness.

The carpet was badly stained to the point that I wouldn't take my socks off. The room had a king size bed but the room it was in was so small that the night stands were turned sideways so the bed would fit. The electrical outlet near the bed had a short in it and my CPAP breathing machine kept turning off and on all night long. The hotel was very hard to get to and was over 4 miles from the interstate. When I arrived at 9:00 pm I had to check in through a glass window. Made me feel like I probably wasn't in the best part of town. I would never stay here again. ...read more

Very easy checkin - fresh fruit. Private sleeping area.
Several lamps did not work from
long time since a thorough cleaning.

Was a Days Inn being converted to a Roadway Inn. May have contributed to poor upkeep. Easy to see, not very easy to find entrance.

Convenience to basketball tournament.
Refrigerator in room didn' t work well.

This hotel was an older hotel. It was okay for a one night stay. The staff was friendly and there was a continental breakfast the next morning. The rooms could use some upgrade such as new carpet, but overall the stay was fine.

Staff was very accommodating when called.
Carpet old and had odor. old furniture, no vent in bathroom.

Due to the 2 star level this hotel met it's advertised expectations.

Nice desk personnel.
Cleaning could be more thorough-dusty chairs & around baseboards.

It was nice to have a place to stay ahead of time and like to depend on clean, comfortable place to rely on.

The room was arranged very well.
The room next door was loud and you could hear people.

Not bad for the money. It is becoming shabby looking. The help was not very friendly. We stayed there because we have family in town and didn't have the room to stay with them. I doubt if I would intentionally stay there again.
