Hotel Guest Reviews of the Rodeway Inn & Conference Center

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Convenient location.
Dirty and unsafe.

Broken glass around, blood on walls , carpeting, and other areas. People roaming around all night. Drunks from the lounge wandering the halls. Cops patrolling in the hotel. Toilets did not work, beds were very uncomfortable and everything was very outdated. Bedding was old and raggy. Would never go back there!

The staff met all my needs regarding travel to and from airport.
Nothing.

The staff at this hotel was exceptional. if you're in need of a place to stay before or after travel - this is the spot! They paid for my cab in the morning simply because they couldn't shuttle me at the time, allowed me to park my car at the hotel while I was gone and picked me up upon my return (and I only stayed one night at this place!) they take great care of their customers. ...read more

Excellent buffet breakfast.
Heater was noisy and smelled musty.

Have stayed here many times on our way to and from the south. Always a favorite. The hot buffet breakfast and the cozy bar are always an attraction for us. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Comfortable bed, and nice dining area.
Dingy, smoky, not convenient to get to the pool from any room in hotel, stuffy rooms.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, next time I will pay extra and stay at a better hotel that does not have stuffy/smoky rooms.

They were very reasonable with price and the fact that my dog was crying extremely loud.
Outside appearance.

I left my dog in the room when my fiance and I left for a few hours. I didn't have my phone on me, but apparently my dog was screaming and yelling when I left which gave rise to many complaints. They called me numerous times and left 3 messages with the situation and let me know that they took my dog out of the room to keep with the front desk downstairs. They also got her leash, food, water, and took her to the bathroom outside. They said a lot of hotels will call the pound which is true. They were very accommodating and awesome with taking care of my dog. This is not the nicest looking place, but for the price and for not being unreasonable and locking up my dog we were very happy with the stay and the employees here. ...read more

The breakfast buffet was very good.
The smell of mold and smoke! We were in a non-smoking room, but the smell from the hall made our room stink!

The clerk was friendly, the food was good, and the pool was alright, but the cleanliness, and the smell were almost unbearable. Our eyes burned from the smell, and we needed to keep the air conditioner on to be able to sleep

Not worth the price I paid.
Even with discount price the room was not worth that much.
